Shipping policy
We strive to ship all UK orders placed between Monday and Friday on the day of purchase. Orders made over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within 2–3 working days. We’ll send you a tracking number and get in touch via email to keep you informed.
Custom Service Number Tees take a little longer to produce, typically around 5–7 days from the date of your order. This is because each one is carefully hand-printed with attention to detail.
Due to the nature of each custom tee being made-to-order, unfortunately we can’t offer refunds, unless there’s a quality issue. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that import duties for orders shipped outside the UK are the responsibility of the customer.
